30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@revivatox.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Products with broken seals or damaged packaging

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
